Former governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich – you know, the one accused of selling Barack Obama’s Senate seat – spoke at Northwestern University this week.
“What would he be speaking about?” you ask. “What NOT to Do as Governor”? “How to Make the Front Page the Wrong Way”? These sound like plausible discussion topics for the former governor.
Instead, Northwestern University’s College Democrats paid Blagojevich to speak on “Ethics in Politics.” Yes, you read that correctly. Blagojevich was paid to speak on ethics.
